Change Management

Achieving the change you envision must happen through change in people. Introducing any change, be it technology, process, or organizational, must address a long list of human fears. Our approach to implementing and sustaining change focuses on the alignment of leadership, culture, and decision-making.

Choices of process and technology abound, but the combination of good strategy, strong leadership, and healthy culture is rare, simply because people seldom consider them all together in planning change. Strategic Planning

Too often, the strategic planning process ends up as a team-building exercise and a document that collects dust. Our roots are in project management, therefore every plan must have action and accountability. We use a methodology called the Four Decisions which begins with the development of a one page strategic plan. This easy-to-reference document becomes the foundation for making the right decisions about people, strategy, execution and cash. Long term goals are broken down to measurable annual and quarterly objectives and assigned to owners at all levels of the organization. This planning process can be integrated with our coaching to establish the rhythms that make strategy execution a part of your culture.

Meeting Facilitation

Effective group facilitation is one of the best ways to engage and leverage diverse perspectives and engage the people most impacted by the decision-making process. We facilitate team-building, planning sessions, focus groups, and public forums using methodologies that encourage open, creative, and comfortable dialog with a focus. Our mediation experience has been valuable in effectively facilitating problem solving and conflict resolution. As part of our facilitation services, we can also assist you with determining the right attendees, developing research questions and surveys, analyzing data, and completing comprehensive summary reports.

Business and Leadership Coaching

We integrate coaching in all that we do. While facilitating planning, implementing change, or delivering training, we also look for opportunities to coach our clients in the business strategies and leadership skills they wish to enhance. This approach provides real cases for development and benefits the individual while supporting what he or she is seeking to accomplish.

Working with our partner, the Recharge Institute, we coach business owners and executive teams in the Four Decisions©, Verne Harnish’s proven approach and best-practices for getting focused on the right things: top talent, sound strategy, and flawless execution. We also conduct two-day workshops in which we work with management teams to develop actionable strategies and plans for sustainable growth based upon these practices. (See Leadership Development)

To help our clients achieve personal goals is where we draw upon our both our professional and personal wisdom. Olivia’s priority during her twenty-five years as a manager was the people that worked for her and their development. She learned early that work and life could not be separated in attracting, growing and retaining exceptional employees. Early in her consulting career, she translated the strategic planning process into an approach for developing life strategies as a workshop she delivered to clients involving their employees in organizational planning.
