Marilynn Hall is a consultant, creativity coach, and mediator, with a reputation for focusing and motivating to achieve results beyond expectations. She is adept in establishing trust, developing high-functioning teams, communicating and collaborating at all levels of an organization, and leading cross-organizational project. Olivia and Marilynn have worked together as project leaders since 1989 and recently followed a common passion for transformative mediation to create Partners in Mediation, collaboration that provides workplace, community, and family conflict resolution services and training. Marilynn has an especially strong commitment to helping families relate well and believes that everyone is at times a mediator at other times can use one.

Irine Onciano

Irine Onciano, founder of Performance Plus! and Onciano Consulting, is an innovative and strategic organizational development practitioner, trainer and coach.  Over a 25-year career in the public and private sectors, Irine has facilitated training for thousands of participants--from new hires to seasoned executives.  Irine Irine Oncianopartners with clients to create customized solutions designed to close the gaps between potential and performance, by developing talent, strengthening communication, and creating a culture of organization-wide accountability for long-term success.

Irine has led corporate change initiatives in local government, and the transportation and hospitality industries.  Examples include facilitating critical process changes and streamlining service delivery in local government operations; partnering in succession planning support to a multi-billion dollar transportation agency; and leading an executive succession plan and corporate restructuring with clients in the hospitality industry.  Irine has also utilized change management principles to implement and champion initiatives for diversity and inclusion.

Irine holds a B. A. in HR Management, an MBA, and completed coursework towards the doctor of management degree.  She is a member of American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), a certified trainer of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, teaches and mentors in public management graduate programs, coaches managers, and utilizes instrumented learning products and behavioral assessments from Inscape Publishing, the world leader in DiSC® learning resources.

Sandy Kolberg, PhD
The Recharge Institute

Dr. Sandy Kolberg is the President and Strategist of StrateGems LLC and the Founder and Managing Partner of The RECHARGE Institute. She is a certified Gazelles International Coach.

With over 30 year’s experience and business background, Sandy brings solid business strategy to organizations in culture, communication, leadership development, and strategic thinking. Sandy developed a series of workshops called; The Essential Business Growth Tools utilizing personal profile assessments and current Sandy Kohlbergbusiness tools to develop an integrated systems approach to communication and culture. Grounded programs in strategic thinking and The Rockefeller Habits One Page Plan and Four Decisions process has provided her clients multiple ways to develop leadership and culture for their organizations.

Sandy joined the Renaissance Executive Forums as a forum leader facilitating the only business partners forum in the system. She has a long-term relationship with the Arizona Public Service (APS) Academy for the advancement of small, minority women owned enterprises (AAAME), a 2-year business-mentoring program as a presenter, advisor, and curriculum designer. She has received awards from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in the categories of Unsung Hero and Innovation.

Sandy holds a B. A. in English, Psychology, and Secondary Education. Her M. A. degrees are in Secondary Developmental Reading and Social Foundations. Sandy's Ph.D. is in Philosophy, with emphasis on the social psychology of learning. Sandy teaches and mentors in doctoral leadership programs, coaches executives, is a certified mediator, and Gazelles International certified coach.

Sandy has combined her wealth of knowledge and consulting expertise developed out of StrateGems LLC, a consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development to bring both consulting and web based learning together for organizational and personal results. The RECHARGE Institute is an organization dedicated to thinking in endless possibilities in the development of people and organizations. RECHARGE programs and services provide people ways to discover their potential and capitalize on their strengths in the pursuit of life long learning.

Kirsti Tcherkoyan

kirsti tcherkoyanThe founder of Diablo Business Solutions, Kirsti is a Gazelles International Executive coach and Contract Chief People Officer with more than 20 years of experience and business background, Kirsti brings solid business strategy to organizations in culture, communication, leadership development and strategic thinking. She has a track record of coaching organizations and executives to achieve clarity and vision. Her down-to-earth, common sense style helps executive achieve clarity on their teams, goals and progress. Kirsti is not afraid to let you know “you have spinach in your teeth” and tell executives what they need to hear.

Before starting Diablo Business Solutions in 2005, Kirsti held successful executive level positions with several Bay Area start-ups including Alloptic, ThirdAge Media and CNET.

A community leader, Kirsti has held leadership positions with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Contra Costa County, and is currently planning on climbing Mt. Shasta in June of 2011 to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Fund.
